Using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other users
Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access

Technology Requirements

Maintain reliable internet connection for online sessions
Use supported devices and browsers for optimal experience
Keep software and applications updated as recommended
Test technology before sessions and have backup plans ready

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Our scheduling policies ensure optimal service delivery for all clients


Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our mobile app
We require advance booking and cannot guarantee same-day availability
Initial consultations include assessment and treatment planning
Follow-up appointments are scheduled based on individual treatment plans

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in charges
No-shows will be charged the full session fee unless due to emergency
Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Rescheduling

Emergency support available 24/7 for existing clients
Holiday schedules will be communicated in advance
We reserve the right to reschedule due to therapist illness or emergencies
